"I work with Passionate Visionaries, Schools, and Community-Based/Nonprofit Organizations as the Founder and Executive Director of Neon Hearts. My personal mission is to empower kids to live healthy balanced lives so they are prepared for successful transitions into adulthood.
I've combined my expertise in all aspects of Human Resources Management, Staffing & Recruitment, Training & Development, and Coaching with the life lessons learned as a busy supermom of 3 to create a complete resource for youth to develop social and emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and other 21st-century skills.
Working directly with individuals and organizations securing employment for thousands of temporary, permanent, and contract candidates was just the beginning. I want to lay the foundation that will make change a possibility."
